Here's what we can do. . .

  • We give the inmate a NEW number which is a local call from the prison.
    Calling that local number costs a lot less than a long distance call.

  • The inmate adds the new number to his Approved Calling List.

  • When the inmate calls that new FreedomLine number, it automatically connects to your telephone.

  • Works with regular home phones, cell phones, any valid telephone number.
 
Important! Before you use FreedomLine service, be sure that the inmate is in compliance with all of the institution's rules and regulations regarding telephone use by inmates. The person or persons the inmate wants to call should be only those who are either already on, or will be added to, the inmate's approved calling list. FreedomLine will not assist any user of the service in an attempt to violate any rules and regulations in effect at their institution, nor will FreedomLine assist in any attempt to circumvent any restrictions, rules or regulations in effect at the user's facility. FreedomLine WILL NOT connect to any restricted destinations such as toll-free or credit card access numbers including any numbers beginning with an area code of 800, 866, 877, 900 or 976. Any attempt to use call forwarding or 3-way conferencing may result in immediate termination of FreedomLine service.
